I’ve always been fascinated by the idea that we’re not fixed versions of ourselves. That at any moment we can choose to grow, shift our beliefs, and step into a new chapter.

Like many people, there was a time when I felt unsure of who I really was or what direction my life should take. I started exploring the connection between mindset, identity, and the life we create — and everything began to change.

The more I learned about manifestation, self-trust, and personal growth, the more I realised that becoming the person you want to be isn’t about waiting for the future to arrive. It’s about intentionally shaping who you are today.

That’s why I created Becoming with Bec.

The podcast is a space for conversations about manifestation, mindset, and self-leadership — the tools that help us take ownership of our lives and grow into the person we’re meant to be.

Through the podcast, workbooks, and future courses, my goal is to create resources that support you as you explore your own journey of becoming.

I believe that life happens for me and not to me. With this understanding, i work with the universe to co-create my life. And you have tbe ability to do the same. If there is one area, or many areas, of your life you wish to change, you have what it takes to make real, lifelong changes.

Self-Leadership

Self-leadership is the ability to take responsibility for the direction of your life.

Rather than waiting for circumstances to change or for someone else to show you the way, self-leadership invites you to step into the role of guiding your own growth.

It’s about making decisions that align with your values, setting boundaries that protect your wellbeing, and showing up as the person you are becoming.

Through self-leadership, you learn to trust yourself, take aligned action, and move forward with clarity and intention.

Because the life you want isn’t created by chance — it’s created by the choices you make and the person you choose to become.

Mindset

Your mindset shapes the way you see the world and the way you move through life.

The beliefs you hold about yourself influence the opportunities you pursue, the risks you’re willing to take, and the life you believe is possible for you.

Developing a strong mindset begins with awareness — becoming conscious of the thoughts, patterns, and beliefs that shape your reality. When you begin to challenge limiting beliefs and expand your perspective, you open the door to new possibilities for growth and change.

Mindset is not about thinking positively all the time. It’s about learning to guide your thoughts with intention and choosing perspectives that support the life you want to create.
